Joanna and Dan - engaged to be married!

These guys might look familiar to you... that's because they are good friends of mine and have served as great models for many of my photo shoots in the past few years. From the eye balls, to the hot peppers portrait and the broccoli portrait, to some studio work, Joanna and Dan never fail. They're always there to help me out when I'm needing models!

But this time we scheduled a photo shoot for a much more exciting reason - they recently got engaged! I'm super excited about the news, and I was completely honoured to be asked to photograph their wedding this coming May. Yay!

With my husband Chad as my second shooter, we headed over to Assiniboine Park's Leo Mol garden and flower garden to do this shoot. It was like any other day, when the four of us hang out, but this time Joanna and Dan were the subjects, celebrating their love and us there to capture that excitement that lovers experience in the months leading up to a wedding.
