Last night I had the pleasure of being a guest in a live talk show for the Winnipeg Fringe Festival. My friend Dean Harder plays an ignorant and inappropriate talk show host named Johnald Slow and part of his skit is having guests he interviews on his talk show. I must say, I'm not often up on stage in front of an audience, but when he invited me to participate, I couldn't resist and say no. I'm glad I accepted - I had a blast, and from the laughs of the audience, I'm sure everyone watching loved it too! Most of it was improvised, which made it even funnier, and even though I was a little shy (Shaw TV was also shooting it, never mind just a real live audience!) I had so much fun, and I would do it all over again.
I've also had the pleasure to do a few photo shoots for Dean and his show. We shot a photo of him holding a baby (my nephew!) and my brother in law and he had it printed into an 8-foot board with a cut out so people can stick their faces through. Here are a few photos from last night's show... a couple of the 8-foot photo, and a shot of the team backstage minutes before the show.
Congratulations Dean! It was a hit! (for show times, visit: The Johnald Slow Show)

Ah! Looks like a lot of fun. I wish we could've been there. That pic of Ron is so cute it just blows my mind!
